NWX Running Series May 6th will mark the start of the Northwest Crossing Running Series The series is sponsored by the FootZone. They have donated two raffle prizes to each race as well as prizes to the top 3 men and 3 women at the end of the series. Be sure to stop in and thank them for helping support local races. This will be an off-road series taking place in Northwest Crossing on the westside of Bend. The races will be held every Tuesday night. The rotation will consist of three 5 kilometer races, then one 10 kilometer race. We will go through this rotation with the last race being September 23rd. This will be perfect training for the Xterra Trail Running National Championships which will be held on September 27th. This is a points series, with points being awarded to racers depending on field size. Points will be recorded and awards will be given at the end of the series. Punch cards will be sold and may be used for both Central Oregon Racing's Run and Crit Series. Cards can be purchased at the races. RACE START - 6:30pm
