Training

Specializing in XC Skiing, Cycling, Running, Swimming, and Multi-Sport.

Coaching service includes:
     -individual training program customized to fit around your schedule
     -training plan including adjustments for frequency, intensity, time, and periodization
     -unlimited communication via email and scheduled discussion both in person and over the phone
     -initial fitness consultation and equipment evaluation
     -various educational tools focused on specific sport improvement, equipment, nutrition, sleep, stress, etc.
     -both pre- and post-race preparation advice including checklists
     -Central Oregon Racing t-shirt
   cost: $200/month

Individual session coaching options
     -In-person coaching sessions; can be strength, stretching, xc ski, swim, bike, run, transition, bike fit, etc.
     -Bend area only
   cost: $40/hour (1 person), $60/hour (2 people), $75/hour (3 people), $80 (4 people)

Seasonal Planning Session
     -Full layout of your season including training and racing with a mid season follow-up.
   cost: $150

Group Coaching
     -Unlimited number of participants. Ideal for Corporate Fitness or teams looking for periodic help.
   cost: $150/hour
