people), $75/hour (3 people), $80 (4 people) |
Seasonal Planning Session
| -Full layout of your season
including training and racing with a mid season follow-up. |

Group Coaching
| -Unlimited number of
participants. Ideal for Corporate Fitness or teams looking
for periodic help. |
